Description
There are parking spaces for two underneath this cottage. There also is a full bath here. Outside steps take you to the first floor where all three bedrooms and one and one half bath are. This floor features the living room, dining room, and kitchen. There are hardwood floors and beadboard walls throughout this cottage. There is a TV in the living room. The dining room table seats six. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has two singles with a half bath, and the third bedroom has a full bed. There is a large screened in porch with comfortable sofas and chairs.

Review Title : M-R cottage
The house and location were incredible. Butler has gotten so noisy that the road noise was pretty fierce. We slept with ear plugs and could only enjoy the beautiful porch early in the mornings because of the traffic noise. The cottage was so charming and well equipped. Love the antiques and art work! The property managers are the best. The location is very noisy with traffic but convenient to the beach.
