Description
There is a two car garage on the ground level. There also is one bedroom with a queen size bed and one private bath here. There are inside and outside steps that take you to the first floor. The first floor has two bedrooms and two private baths as well as a full kitchen, open living room and dining room, and a screened in porch with terrific views. There is a queen size bed with a private bath in one bedroom and two single beds with another private bath in the other. There is nothing on the second floor but the master suite which has a king size bed, jacuzzi, and shower. The views from this room are very good.

Review Title : Great vacation home
This is our third vacation at this home. Great location right on the back shore beach. Appreciated the renovations completed since our last visit, however I did miss the small deck that was removed from outside the master bedroom. I have previously enjoyed sunsets from the deck. We had a few problems. The stove has a child lock on the oven (it was locked)and we had to go on-line to find tech data to figure out how to unlock this setting. This home has many, many lighr switches. It would make use easier for a visitor if they were labeled. You need to do a perimeter spraying in the garage and the outside door on the lower level. Review Title : Great spot for families with children.
My family & myself stayed here at Inlet Ave. recently. My family who lives out west had never been to the beach. There were seven kids all seven years old & younger & this place was PERFECT for us. Not only were the views great from the cottage itself but not having to load & unload kids every day was great but being on the river where small kids could swim without being beat up by the waves & also being that close to the ocean made it convenient. Just like anything over time the house has taken some wear & tear & could use a little work. All & all this is a great place to stay & my family had a blast.By Chad W for a stay in May, 2012

My husband and I took our 2 grown sons and family for some seaside relaxation. This was exactly the ticket. We were slightly disappointed by the function (or lack) of some of the features of the home (jacuzzi, DVD player, dishwasher, icemaker) but the view was breathtaking and although the beach was not private, it never felt like a public beach.
