This vintage Tybee house has a nautical decor, with boats, anchors, lighthouses and ship accessories. Plantation shutters and white Roman shades on the many windows complete the look. Perfect for extended families, the home has complete living quarters on both levels. The tiled ground level can be accessed from the garage, as well as by stairs from the upper level. The upper level has wood floors.

Walk up eleven steps to the upper level and enter a spacious, screened porch with three ceiling fans, several wicker seating areas and a dining table for four. On one end, a small, open deck invites you to spend some time in the hammock. French doors lead inside to an open sitting area with TV, dining table for eight and a fully equipped kitchen. Off this area is a sunroom with more seating, a desk and another TV.

On this level, one full bath with tub/shower also houses the washer/dryer. The two bedrooms share another full bath with tub/shower. The king bedroom also has a comfortable day bed, and the queen bedroom has a TV.

Descend 15 steps to three bedrooms, two baths, and a living/kitchen area. One bath with a shower is close to the twin bedroom which has a small TV. Two king bedrooms, one with a TV, share a full bathroom with tub/shower. At the end of the hall, you’ll find a pleasant sitting area with a TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a drop leaf table for three.
