Description
An elevator in this new home makes it totally effortless to go from floor to floor in this multi-level cottage. The second floor has three bright bedrooms, two baths, and a large sitting area. Bedroom number one has a queen size bed and a private bath. There are two single beds in the second and third bedrooms. These two bedrooms share another full bath. The third floor has a beautiful kitchern with granite countertops, open living and dining rooms with lovely ocean views plus a half bath. The fourth bedroom has a king size bed with another private bath. Decks on this floor open off of the dining room area and the living room. The fourth floor cupola provides a spectacular 360 degrees view of Tybee and the ocean. High speed internet access (wired and wireless), HD televisions, and satellite radio throughout the home. Maximum occupancy is eight with parking for three vehicles.

Review Title : Oustanding!
The house itself was a beautiful surprise - the pics don't really do it justice. This was an extended family vacation, so we had adults as well as children ranging from 1 to 13 year olds. When we weren't all on the beach or exploring, the older kids loved using the 4th floor cupola as their "space" and the younger ones loved the hammock swings and fluffy couches in front of the surround sound tv's. The adults all enjoyed the easy layout and the ability to get away to our own space for privacy when needed. The house is not "on the beach", but may as well be, as it is so close that it felt on the beach. Perfect location that put us close enough to the pier to use island hoppers and close enough to Savannah & the wildlife park to have short rides there. The amenities were a plus, especially the elevator and the enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water. The only thing I would note is that the house is not baby/toddler friendly, so make sure you bring at least 3 baby gates if you have any small ones in your party. Jim w/property management was a gem throughout the entire process from booking through our stay. He went WAY above and beyond to try to help us be comfortable.
