Review Title : Oustanding! The house itself was a beautiful surprise - the pics don't really do it justice. This was an extended family vacation, so we had adults as well as children ranging from 1 to 13 year olds. When we weren't all on the beach or exploring, the older kids loved using the 4th floor cupola as their "space" and the younger ones loved the hammock swings and fluffy couches in front of the surround sound tv's. The adults all enjoyed the easy layout and the ability to get away to our own space for privacy when needed. The house is not "on the beach", but may as well be, as it is so close that it felt on the beach. Perfect location that put us close enough to the pier to use island hoppers and close enough to Savannah & the wildlife park to have short rides there. The amenities were a plus, especially the elevator and the enclosed outdoor shower with hot/cold water. The only thing I would note is that the house is not baby/toddler friendly, so make sure you bring at least 3 baby gates if you have any small ones in your party. Jim w/property management was a gem throughout the entire process from booking through our stay. He went WAY above and beyond to try to help us be comfortable. We were all very sad to leave at the end of the week and are already planning the next visit!

Review Title : Jim Heflin professional, very personable & helpful.Propery very nice. First trip to Tybee & unhappy with no town planing & unfriendly town parking controls. Prefer planned resort community so will not return, but would recommend property management.

Review Title : Great place. Easy beach access.2 families. 4 kids. Perfect place to stay. Steps to beach. Appeared to be newly remodeled. Nice place to stay, especially for the price.

Review Title : 5 Second TerraceOverall this was a great place to stay. The location was a very close walk to the beach. The parking situation was difficult, however managable. Plenty of places to sleep. Very high tech electronics and accommodations. We were very satisfied.

Review Title : 1st Visit to TybeeIt was an all girls weekend. My sisters, Mother and I stayed over Labor Day weekend. It was the first stay for each of us, but it won't be the last.

Review Title : Lovely House!House was lovely even though it was the 3rd house from the beach and the houses around it were in need of some sprucing up.
