Walk up the twelve 12 steps of this vintage, circa 1905 Tybee house to a screened porch and take a good look at the ocean. You will want to just sit down, enjoy the view and the ocean breezes, but force yourself to step into the living/dining area. Because there is another great ocean view from this room!

The sitting area has a large screen Dish Cable TV and a dining room table that will seat eight. The numerous light-weight tables and chairs on the porch can provide additional seating options.

Adjacent to the dining room is a cheerful yellow kitchen with a black and white tiled floor…and a whimsical Kit-Kat clock. This is a small kitchen with a big attitude…fully equipped (even a crockpot) with a Jenn-Air cooktop, a convection wall oven, convection microwave and dishwasher. The refrigerator has an ice maker. A rolling cart comes in handy for serving. The remainder of the house is decorated simply in blues, greens and yellows. Wood floors (easy maintenance), lots of mirrors, painted panel walls and tall windows throughout make it light and airy. For privacy, there are blinds and shades.

The four comfortable bedrooms are connected. Entry to the first one is from a door in the living area.

The first bedroom has wicker twin beds (Sealy Posture Pedic mattresses) and a comfortable twin day bed, as well as an armoire, a sink with a medicine cabinet…and yet another view of the ocean.

From this bedroom, a doorway leads into the second bedroom with twin beds (Sealy Posture Pedic mattresses) and a vintage sink. Walk into the third bedroom which has a brass queen bed with a Sleep Number mattress, an armoire, and a sink with a medicine cabinet. From this bedroom, you enter a bathroom with a toilet and shower.

The fourth bedroom has a Sleep Number king wicker bed and a dressing table with seating. Off this bedroom is a full bath with shower. This room has a window unit air conditioner and the second Dish Cable TV.

Other attributes include 3 DVD players, a paved, private walkway to the beach and a charcoal grill. The washer/dryer is underneath the house.
