All bookings recorded on the site are forwarded to the Owner/Property Manager in a timely fashion for confirmation.  Furthermore, we cannot guarantee the availability of any given property and all availability information must be confirmed with the Owner/Property Manager.  Therefore, do not assume your booking is confirmed without confirmation from the Owner/Property Manager.  We do not manage, sell, lease, rent or own any properties listed on TybeeIslandVacationRentals.com but merely offer a venue for Owners/Property Managers to connect with potential customers.  In addition, the site provides web site space for listing members who pay a fee to list their accommodations for rent on our site.  Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for all disclosures and disclaimers in relation to TybeeIslandVacationRentals.com.
