Review Title : Tybee Vacation Summer 2013We have stayed at the Palm cottage before and always enjoy our visit. The cottage is like a bit of heaven away from home. It's our favorite place to stay when we go to the beach.

Review Title : The Honeymoon we never hadMy wife and I made this rental for our son and his new wife for their Honeymoon. 26 years ago this month we were married. We had a very modest honeymoon which was special in our own way, but we wanted to give them more. They loved the house, the location, and were thrilled with their stay. This was a gift to us to see their joy and happiness. Also Jim Heflin the rental agent we dealt with was GREAT in every way. He made everything easy and helped us assure they had a great experience. He was the BEST!!!

Review Title : Tybee timeMy wife (Sheila) and I really enjoyed our stay. It was so relaxing to enjoy a home made breakfast before strolling to the beach to spend the morning and early afternoon. It had all the conveniences of home including a washer and dryer, which came in handy since I only brought one pair of short pants with me. we also enjoyed sitting out on the deck listening to the cardinals. The outdoors shower is also nice when coming in from the beach. The weather called for daily showers but they never interfered with out plans. We loved the Palm Cottage. We would definitely go back.

Review Title : wheres the privacy? My wife and I loved the cottage. It was a great honeymoon destination. Only downside we can think of were the curtains(or the lack of) covering the many windows. We felt very exposed to neighbors and passer byers. Other than that, great vacation.

Review Title : Loving life in Tybee IslandI loved our time in TYBEE, and the cottage was fantastic. I would definitely recommend one of Jane Coslick's cottages to anyone. Jim Heflin was a pleasure to work with and definitely made my vacation fun. Just wish the cottages were closer to the beach front. I could see myself owning a cottage like this it was so homey........

Review Title : Great week on TybeeMy girlfriend and I just had an amazing week at the Palm Cottage. The weather was a bit cloudy but we still really enjoyed ourselves. The Palm Cottage was as advertised. This was our 2nd vacation using Tybee Cottages and we couldn't be happier with what we have seen so far.

Review Title : Convenient, quaint, comfortableSmall cottage perfect for a couple. Short walk to beach, restaurants. Rain on the tin roof is comforting. Nicely decorated but small rooms, though easy to live in for a week. Quiet neighborhood.

Review Title : The perfect beach cottagePalm cottage was the perfct spot for our small family. It is nicely located a couple blocks from the beach on a nice quiet street. Tybee is fun and friendly and we had a great time. The cottage has a porch on two sides, an outdoor shower, a main room with living dining and kitchen in it, a small front bedroom curtained from the main room, then a half bath just off the main room. The full bath is off the bedroom in back. So it works ok but not great for privacy and bath for the persons in the front bedroom. It was fine for us. I left a few suggestions for the owner but none worth mentioning except the place could really use a dishwasher. Nice manager, easy to work with. We recommend (though please dont book next summer as we want to return!)

Review Title : Cottage by the sea!My husband and I absolutely loved Palm Cottage! The rental company was great, Jim was so easy and laid back! It was a pleasure to rent from them! We fell in love with the cottage as soon as we walked into the front door! It was everything we needed, cute and cozy! We loved all the little details and the shabby chic beach decor! The only thing that could use a little upgrade is the outdoor grill, microwave and stove but other than that everything else was perfect! We loved the porch, we spend many nights sitting and listening to the sounds of Tybee out there! The bed was so comfy and the house in general was a very relaxing place! We can't wait to stay there again!! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Review Title : Honeymoon Haven! The Palm Cottage was everything we could have ever dreamed of! It was decorated so cute, just what I want my beach cottage to look like! I rated the cleanliness a 3 because the cottage could have really used a deep cleaning, but didn't affect our stay in a negative way at all. Overall, we had a wonderful time in Tybee!

Review Title : great honeymoon spot!My husband and I just spent our honeymoon at Palm Cottage -- it was wonderful. The cottage is absolutely beautiful -- one of the most charming historic cottages on the island. It's also very comfortable -- cozy furniture, very adequate kitchen stuff, a grill, beach chairs. It had all the amenities we needed! Easy walk to the beach. The perfect size for a couple, although there are also two twin beds that would work for 2 small children. We hope to come back to Palm Cottage some day!

Review Title : tybee cottageWe were very pleased when we arrived. The cottage was everything that we hoped it would be. There were only a few issues... We were not expecting to be kept up most of the night on our first and last night stay due to some sort of critter that lived in the wall, also we have a small child who is still crawling and the floors were VERY dirty! Everytime we picked her up her hands and outfits were brown and filthy. Overall we had a very nice stay, but I would recommend an exterminator and a better cleaning service for the floors.

Review Title : Another Great Stay!It was another great stay at the Palm Cottage. I cannot say enough great things about the place or the management. If you want to feel like you are a part of the community for a little while, then look no further. Jim was a pleasure to deal with as always and the place was in perfect order.

Review Title : ReviewWe had a wonderful time at the cottage. I would have given 5 stars across the board, but the yard was unkept. This was probably a result of the season- but a quick raking would be nice for future guest. Other than this minor issue- everything exceeded expectations.

Review Title : Palm Cottage VacationThis is a very cute cottage, true to the photos posted on management's web site. We had no problems and enjoyed our stay a great deal. My only recommendation is that management occasionally undertake a thorough cleaning of the cottage. Oh, and the cottage needs a DVD player!

Review Title : Great Getaway to the Palm Cottage! We were very please with our stay at Palm Cottage and Tybee Island. The cottage was absolutely adorable, very quaint, clean and inviting. Review Title : Such a cute and cozy beach house! We really loved staying here. It was very well equipped w/ everything you would need : beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board etc. I was especially happy that the house has a small washer and dryer. I loved the way it was decorated. It was a perfect size/
fit for our family.

Review Title : It was a wonderful much needed vacation for two.Love the house, they thought of everything we might need both at the house and to take with us to the beach. Our host, Jim was wonderful, informative and now considered a friend.

Review Title : Sweet Little Cottage! We loved our little cottage. It is small, perfect for a couple with small kids or a couple of girlfriends. The cottage is small but cute. We didn't plan on spending a lot of time there, we just wanted something more private than a hotel room and the comfort of home. Jim is super nice and easy to work with. The cottage did need some yard work done and a thorough deep cleaning of the cottage. It wasn't dirty, floors and beds and baths were all clean, just needed a deep cleaning. The screened in porch was our favorite. I will say that mid to end of May, Tybee is a "party" destination. We were there during some sort of Water Parade/Celebration - warning - if you are out on the island after 4pm - you will get wet! People shot water guns at our car with windows down. I have been to Tybee in October and it was a much quieter experience! We love Jane Coslick's cottages, very cute.
