Situated on small lane about 30 yards from main beach and within easy walking distance to the Tybee pier, restaurants, and shopping. Shared outside shower great for rinsing off the sand after a swim or stroll along the beach. Perfect location for Tybee’s fireworks shows and numerous special events like the Pirate Fest and Festival of the Arts. Assigned covered parking for 2 vehicles. SPECIAL NOTE: Larger SUV's may not fit in parking space- especially during peak /high seasons. Must climb stairs (No Elevator) – Unit is on 2nd floor with garage parking on ground floor, Tybee Sands 1A on 1st floor, and this condo on the top floor.
